Q: How long will the program take?
The program is self-paced. Take as much time as you need, especially for practice (8 weeks minimum is recommended).
Q: Will there be a meal plan?
A: No. I created True Transformation to help you in the long run. Unlike other transformation programs, here you get the right tools to become an independent eater, so you never have to follow meal plans again.
Q: Will I lose weight?
The intention of my program isn't weight loss, although it can be a possible side effect. Your body is likely to find its ideal weight. One that is the healthiest for you and can be maintained naturally without restriction. Module 1 and 2: 'The Pre-Work' will help you let go of unrealistic weight thoughts.
Q: Why is TT so affordable compared to similar programs, that charge $250 up?
